Refund Policy — GemWave™

We want you to love your GemWave Crystal Styler. If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused or lightly used
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required

To initiate a return, contact us at support@gemwave.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gemwave.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer. Then contact us at support@gemwave.com.
